We�re looking for a bright and motivated Reporting Analyst to join our growing multi-family wealth management firm. The Reporting Analyst will belong to a centralized group that primarily supports our firm�s Client Advisory team and will have the primary responsibility of maintaining high quality data in our reporting system to produce timely client reports. Some of the additional responsibilities include managing client investment data, onboarding new clients into our reporting platforms, and preparing ad hoc requests from our Client Advisory team. In addition to the above, the Reporting Analyst will also focus on identifying current team and firm processes, proposing effective scalable solutions, and implementing these solutions in our primary technology solutions Addepar and Canoe Intelligence.

Responsibilities

The essential duties of the Reporting Analyst include, and are not limited to:

Exude Lake Street�s core values and focus on healthy organization best practices
Be an advocate and subject matter expert for Lake Street�s primary technology Addepar & Canoe
Primary individual in charge of quality control for investment data, performance calculations, transactions, and other reporting needs
Quarterly client report overview and production
Analyze current team and firm processes; Apply effective scalable solutions
Support investment research & Advisory through performance data aggregation
Maintain physical and digital client files according to standard operating procedures
Adhere to compliance rules and standard operating procedures

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in a relevant field, such as finance, operations, etc.
Bachelor�s degree is preferred with a preferred focus in mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, and finance
Strong communication skills in working with colleagues and external partners
Great Multitasker � need to be able to prioritize and make decisions, and high energy
Proficiency in MS Office with a demonstrated aptitude for mathematics and Excel spreadsheets is necessary; experience with Salesforce a plus
Experience with portfolio management & investment research systems
Addepar and Canoe a huge plus
